Bank Account With Credit Cards From European Banks

Bank accounts with credit cards can be issued from European banks and cash advances taken from ATM machines worldwide. A corporate or personal VISA or MASTERCARD is available with most of these European Offshore Banks. These are secured cards and must be secured with 150% of the chosen balance. (i.e. a $10,000 limit must be secured by $15000.) The security is placed in a CD on which bears an interest.
