RSSThe London Boat Show takes place in the month of January every year at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre in London. Now on its 54th year, it is a very large event, which takes place at the ExCeL's two 32,500 square metre halls. It is one of the two main annual boat shows in the United Kingdom, alongside the Southampton Boat Show, both organized by National Boat Shows.
London Boat Show 2011 will offer a unique show of equipment and services ranging from water sports through surfing, water skiing, and diving technologies, to charters, motorboats, and luxurious yachts. Visitors will also be able to try a diverse range of activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, wakeboarding, windsurfing, dinghy sailing, canoeing and kayaking, as well as model yacht racing. The Boardwalk is designed to look like a marina – without the water –allowing visitors to view sail and power boats as if they float.
