Getting married in Barbados is so easy …No waiting period or minimum length of stay…Both the parties should apply for a marriage license in person at the office of the Ministry of Home Affairs. |
The documents required are
1. Valid Passports or the original or certified copies of birth certificates.
2. An original Decree Absolute or a certified copy of the final Judgement in the case of divorce by either party.
3. A certified copy of the marriage certificate and Death Certificate in case either party was married and widowed.
4. All documents not in English must be accompanied by a certified translation.
5. If neither party is a citizen or resident of Barbados - BDS $150.00 cash and a $25.00 stamp.
