(a) Visit the Ministry of Justice located at Lower Nevis Street in St. John’s with his/her valid passports,
(b) Complete the application and pay applicable fees.
(c) Fix dates with a Marriage Officer.

The Rules and Regulations
1) Need valid passports as citizenship proof.
2) Need original divorce decree or original marriage and death certificates of previously married.
3) Both parties must be above 15, and written permission from guardians must be brought, if anyone is below 18.
4) All documents present, should be original. They should be in the legal name of the party or proper affidavits provided in case anyone is representing someone else.
5) Two witnesses (apart from the Officer) must be present to solemnize the marriage.
