When you consider the rising rents, owning a property is much more practical than leasing. The payment plan is fantastic and the finance is directly available from the developer. |

Awesome…I never knew it was so simple to buy property in Dubai and am very happy. After registering with Gowealthy, I remitted the down payment of 10%. The monthly installments are economical, but they have not compromised on quality and that is very important. |

Axis Residence has been packaged very well. The payment plan, to begin with, suits my budget. I had to pay just 5% of the total price as down payment and another 5% after 3 months. The 1% monthly installments started last month and they don’t interfere with my other obligations like rent or school fees. That’s a huge weight off my mind. I had also visited the construction site and the building progress is quick. |
