 | The Muruk Cave system discovered in the 90's in the Pomio district of East New Britain in Papua New Guinea, by world renown French Caver, Jean-Pean Sounvier is recorded to be the longest and deepest in the Southern Hemisphere. |
Kavakuna Doline also in the Pomio area is said to be the fourth largest in the world. These are the caving options available in PNG.
